Threadeazy and VoiceLab are software products with their own terms of service, accepted when you sign up on their respective sites. Digital downloads sold through Gumroad (prompt libraries, skill stacks, playbooks) are governed by Gumroad's terms as the platform of sale, and by our Cancellation and Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
